Since we can't see what you are thinking, it is important for us to communicate effectively. Below is a list of specifications and what we may need from you for your site.

Preformatted web page specifications.(the least expensive way to go)

Specifications for designing a web page. The customer supplies content on (virus free) disk or cd formatted for IBM or via Email attachment in one of the following formats {Plain Text Format *.TXT(prefered), Word Perfect 6.x *.WPD - *.doc, Word for Windows 6.0 (through 97) *.doc}. Do NOT send a web page formatted in html (many html files generated by word processors etc. cause more work than it is worth), send it as a document file in one of the formats above. Graphic location should be indicated by placing the graphic name inside (parentheses) at the beginning of a paragraph or sentence where graphic is to be placed. It should also be indicated if graphic is to be centered or left or right margin justified.

Specifications for supplied content

Content (text) in preformatted form in one of the following formats {Plain Text Format - .TXT, Word Perfect 6.x - .WPD - .doc, Word for Windows 6.0 (95)- .doc} with graphic placement noted by placing the graphic name inside ( ) at the proper location in text.
Graphics in - .tif, - .jpg, - .gif, - .bmp, - .pcx, format. We will inform you if we cannot format the graphics you submit. If you have a question about this please email us with the format you intend to use and we will tell you if we can convert it. (DO NOT submit documents for pages with graphics embedded, send the graphics separately).
Note on Tables, some older browsers will not support tables and they will appear in a vertical stack instead of formatted as they should be on the page.

This gives us the ability to make changes to your web site, should you require us to do so, quickly and easily.

the Name of your business or website name.

Camera/Scanner ready artwork or prescanned graphics in acceptable format.

Text to be used on pages or preformatted copy and direction as to your vision of your page.

Your Email Address for use on the site.

Basic information about your company or organization.

Information about the general look and feel of your page, the image you wish to convey.
